Accelerate Exercise Rehabilitation Staff

What is an Exercise Physiologist?

Think of an Exercise Physiologist (EP) as your exercise doctor—a specialist who uses movement as medicine to treat chronic conditions and injuries. Rather than just prescribing general fitness, EPs create targeted, evidence-based exercise programs that actually treat your specific health challenges.

Why Accelerate Exercise Rehabilitation?

Since 2002, we've been transforming lives across Peel, Murray, and Rockingham through the power of exercise therapy. We don't just treat conditions—we treat people. Our approach combines cutting-edge research with personalised care, empowering you with the knowledge and motivation to take control of your health.
The result? Real, lasting improvements that go far beyond what traditional exercise can achieve.
